The fruiting body of the mushroom usually arises from wood residues in the forest and its shape is somewhat reminiscent of a scallop. The surface is largely smooth and its rings are somewhat reminiscent of a tree disc, while on the underside there are the many lamellae that are so typical of mushrooms.

For example, you can incorporate the dried and preserved mushroom into a dry arrangement and thereby loosen up the arrangement a little. The mushroom works particularly well in an autumn decoration and can also be harmoniously incorporated into a shop window decoration or a stage decoration if you want to create an autumn world or a forest atmosphere.

You can also use the dried mushrooms to work with bonsais and also in model making to create fantastic worlds. You can combine the tree sponges with both real and artificial or dried plants.
