The rich dark green and the velvety starting material look particularly festive and glamorous at the same time. Wrap a ring blank made of floral foam or styrofoam over the entire surface with the decorative ribbon. Using hot glue or ornamental pearl plugs, you can easily attach the ribbon to the garland.
