So you can use the pine cone decoration with its unique character wonderful in the fall, but also in the Christmas season. Put a large fir-tree in the Advent season or decorate it in a long bowl with berry branches, leaves and chestnuts. You can also place three or four of the larger pine cones on a decorative plate and make them shine with Christmas baubles and a string of lights around them.
