The blue-violet flowering card constantly adorns many field and path edges. It got its name Dipsacus from its funnel-shaped stem leaves, in which the water gathers when it rains, and which birds or hikers can use to quench their thirst. - Dipsa is Greek and means thirst.
The magnificent artificial card branches of the quality brand VIANA are modeled very realistically on the original. - They can be used in a variety of ways in summer and autumn decorations. The stem, which goes from brown to green, branches out into three branches of different lengths: on each stem tip there is a voluminous flower head. Each of the cone-shaped flowers is surrounded by prickly, arched, feather-like bracts in green. Each branch branch has a large and a small leaf with fine leaf veins.
Place the three branches in a high floor vase, or combine the wild card with yarrow, eucalyptus and delicate bougainvillea to create an autumn bouquet.
Since the stem of the blue-violet pointed card has a continuous wire core, the branches can be flexibly bent. Form the three branches into a large circle and tie them together at the protruding ends with dark metal wire. You can also use a decorative ring for this. You can already use the card wreath to hang it up as a door wreath or wall decoration - or you can decorate it with a tendril of red-brown autumn leaves, which gives a nice contrast to the cool blue-violet.
You get 3 artificial cardinal thistles in a bunch. Each branch has a total length of approximately 68 centimeters. The flower heads have a size of about 6.5 × 10 centimeters. The leaves are approximately 9.5 × 7.5 and 10.5x11.5 cm in size
