This elongated, large loofah is on a stem and is colored in golden yellow. It is the fibrous interior of the so-called sponge gourd, which is also known as Luffa aegyptiaca. These fibers are not only used as a decoration, but also often as a sponge. The elongated, cucumber-like plant reminds a little of cotton candy due to its fiber structure and has also been stuck on a wooden handle. This allows you to easily place the eye-catching dry plant in a high floor vase and thus complement existing floral arrangements.
