Pure vintage! This glass bell with a slim look and a rope stands on a concrete-look base.

The lower end of the bell lies securely between the two rings made from the round base. You can use the rope to lift the bell from the base and place it somewhere else. The rope is light enough that the bell stays standing on its own even without a base.
