Professional assessment and application

The rectangular brick provides a defined area for inserting stems and can be cut to a required size for a floral design. For fresh flower work, the water-absorbing foam can be used wet. It can also be used dry for suitable floristry projects. Its stated compatibility with soft and hard stems allows it to serve as a base for a range of flower arrangements.

Use one brick for a smaller arrangement or plan both bricks together for a larger project. The bricks are suitable for table decorations, floral pieces and funeral floristry. Select a container that accommodates the dimensions of the tray, or account for the usable foam surface when arranging stems. The product information does not specify suitability for outdoor use or weather exposure.

Use in retail and commercial design

Florists can use the two-piece pack to prepare individual arrangements or to create related designs for a display, event or retail setting. The brick format offers a consistent rectangular starting point for repeat work, while the foam can be cut to suit a particular design. Combine it with suitable containers and fresh flowers for wet arrangements, or use it dry where the design calls for dry foam. The distinction between the overall tray size and the smaller usable foam area is relevant when planning display layouts and choosing vessels. No claims about cleaning or reuse are made.
