Take a look at this great crafting tape! The apple green fleece is also called Sizoweb, which refers to the fine mesh structure. In a complex process different sisal fibers were sprayed over each other, so that after drying results in a fine and stable mesh, which was cut into a tape.

Really great is also the idea to string a part of a window with the decorative fleece and then fix the ends to the window frame with adhesive tape.
