Product Elephant Ear White Washed 25 pcs

Be inspired by exotics like this Elephant Ear in white and realize thereby your unusual deco or handicraft ideas. Originally, the dry wood comes from the fruit of the native of Madagascar flame tree, botanical: Delonix egia. This so-called scaletta seed is freed of seeds, cleaned and rolled by hand before drying. This gives the pod its characteristic form that is reminiscent of the ear of an elephant. By the economical washing in white color this impression was strengthened. The surface of the dried flame fruit shows cracks and contours reminiscent of the skin of an elephant.

At the same time there is material very robust, so it is ideal as a craft item. Especially children will love to make wooden pods that are reminiscent of the popular pachyderms in their name and appearance. The decorative fruit also sets extravagant accents as a sprinkler, such as on plates, sideboards or in bowls. Last but not least in the dry floristry, which always likes to rely on individual natural materials, the pod can be used effectively.
