These natural-colored Douglas cones are the cones of the so-called ordinary Douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii), which is colloquially referred to as Douglas fir or Douglas fir. The wooden natural products, which are ideal for crafting, decorating and designing, have a rather oblong shape and also have fennel-like extensions on the scales, giving them an unusual appearance.
With the versatile Douglasio cones, you can implement a variety of decorating ideas: An autumn wreath, in which moss and several of the wooden pegs were attached to a straw wreath ring, just as handsome sight on the living room table as an Advent arrangement, in which fir green, cinnamon sticks and decorative cones form a frame around a big, red candle.
