Red and Whitewashed Badam Almond Shells on Sticks for Floral Displays

This set contains 25 dried almond shells, known as Badam, attached to wooden sticks. The shells are coloured red and then whitewashed, with a natural finish also visible in the product colours. Each shell measures approximately 7 to 13 cm along its length, and the complete piece measures approximately 44 to 48 cm, including the stick. The sticks can be shortened for placement in floral foam, soil or polystyrene. These decorative components are intended for floristry and display work, including arrangements, wreaths and vase displays in retail, hospitality and event settings.

Professional Classification and Use

Use the Badam sticks as decorative elements in vase arrangements, floral designs and mounted displays. Their sticks allow the shells to be inserted into suitable bases such as floral foam, soil and polystyrene. For a floor vase or other tall container, group several pieces together, either on their own or with other decorative natural materials. Check the height and proportions of the display before shortening the sticks, as trimming changes the overall length.

The pieces can also be incorporated into wreaths and funeral arrangements, including memorial wreaths. They may be added to a fresh flower bouquet as a decorative component. Handle them as dried plant material and take account of natural variation when planning a set of coordinated pieces. The product data does not state that the sticks or shells are suitable for outdoor exposure, so use them in settings where weather protection is appropriate.

Use in Retail and Commercial Design

For florists and visual merchandisers, a pack of 25 provides components for arranging multiple pieces or creating a repeated theme across related displays. Combine the shells with other dried natural items where their colours and dimensions suit the design. In shops, they can be used in window displays, on a sales floor or as part of a seasonal presentation. Hotels, restaurants and exhibition spaces can use them in tall vase arrangements for lobbies, dining areas, reception spaces or stands.

For floral workshops and production, the wooden sticks provide a point of insertion into suitable arrangement bases. Keep the approximate length range in mind when planning storage and display containers. Store the pieces carefully to avoid crushing or damaging the dried shells. No specific storage conditions or cleaning method are provided.
