Cinnamon is considered one of the oldest spices of humanity, which is originally native to China and enriched for centuries, the European cuisine. Its special, slightly spicy aroma receives cinnamon through the oils contained in the tree, which gives this spice a unique taste and smell. Cinnamon is used in the kitchen mainly for flavoring and emphasizing its own flavors of various foods and is used in this form both in savory and sweet dishes. The special character and the wooden shape of cinnamon sticks make it possible to light them and release the distinctive fragrance slowly through the fire in the room. It is precisely this characteristic that has established cinnamon in the decoration sector as well, which is why rods are chosen with particular preference for floral arrangements of all kinds and especially want to seduce them with their special scent during Advent and Christmas.
