An irrigation system is understood to mean a facility which is intended either to provide professional irrigation of all existing plants in either professionally maintained flower beds or in the private sector. As the term system already indicates, a permanent, manual pouring by hand should be made redundant in a coordinated manner. Many processes in an irrigation system therefore run semi-automatically or even completely automatically. Particularly important is a sophisticated irrigation system in the field of floristry, especially at wholesalers with a variety of warehouses full of flowers and other plants. Since it is impossible here to water all plants by hand, computer-controlled systems nowadays take on this task. Depending on a timer or adapted to the other, climatic conditions in the wild or a greenhouse, the irrigation of the plants takes place via nozzles and channels, which should ensure an optimal living environment for all plant species. Even in private gardens, lovers of flowers and other plants can nowadays have a compact irrigation system laid, so as not to have to take over the permanent watering of the plants themselves. Also for flower boxes and single potted plants technical aids can ensure that the optimal time for the next casting is displayed. In this context, however, less talk of a real irrigation system.
