Decorative fruits can be assigned to both floristry and classic hobby needs and are among the decorative elements with which it is possible to design wreaths, flower arrangements and similar, aesthetic works of art. Decorative fruits can be both artificial or natural, in the latter case fruits or flowers are dried in a targeted manner and thus made into a durable jewelry. Particularly popular decorative fruits are dried tropical fruits such as oranges, which are increasingly being laid out in the Advent and Christmas season and here, even when dried, spread a gentle aroma in living rooms. The decorative fruits also include artificially produced fruits of all kinds, which are made of plastic and similar materials and are based precisely on the shape of sufficient fruits of numerous varieties. Such decorative fruits are used in bowls or on wreaths and provide a colorful touch in otherwise rather discreet plant and flower arrangements. With a rather subdued coloring, decorative fruits are also used in funeral floristry and help to make arrangements for All Saints' Day or the Sunday of the Dead.
